There are three levels of content which begin below.

The green level is our OVERVIEW which provides a general sense of what Applications is about. This level can be completed in just over 30 minutes.
When you’re ready, move on to the blue section with INTRODUCTORY material which goes into more detail. It can be viewed in pieces – just 10 minutes a day for 20 days or half an hour for a week.
Sign-up for the IN-DEPTH content after completing levels 1 and 2. Dive deeply into the six G’s, review bonus content, and take the opportunity to interact with others.
