2020 is Almost done!…our last news-letter (minus one)

Yes, it’s been a long year, which makes communication at once more important and more complicated. You can always stay up-to date with the AC3 app (download it for free here) and at ac3.org.

And now…the News.

The man everyone could trust…

November Series: “Enneagram in the Time of Covid”

6,7,8 & 9…the wait is over! We are finishing our Enneagram series starting November 8 with the special bonus of learning the way your type will handle the stress and chaos that is 2020.  Don’t miss the exciting conclusion to this series.  If you aren’t one of these 4 types, you probably love someone who is!

E-Groups

Community is even more important because we are seperated in many ways. AC3 is on the move to become a church of small groups (not just a church with small groups) with the addition of E-groups: 10 to 12 people getting together to review the previous week’s sermon and discuss how it relates to real life.

“E” stands for Extended…Extending our faith!

E-Groups also include Bible study, sharing of prayer requests and plenty of time to get to know each other.  Most groups are meeting on Zoom currently but we look forward to meeting in person soon.  Find the one that’s right for you (or join the waiting list) by clicking right here.

Youth

Youth group is going Small for the Fall.  With the current health concerns the youth group is looking to move forward with the ministry year in the safest way that will still give 6th through 12th graders a safe place to connect, share struggles, have fun, and talk about Jesus.  These small groups will include 4-5 students and a trusted youth leader meeting twice a month. If you haven’t heard from a youth leader and would like your child in a group, email rick@ac3.org

Church Center App

Just go to Play store or iTunes

In this season of separation,  our church center app has become an essential tool for communication.  If you don’t have it on your phone yet, go to your app store, search for “Churchcenter” and once you download the app, search for AC3.  You can give securely, register for ACE classes, link to the website and stay in the loop when Covid rules change affecting AC3 activities.

Website

Our menu issues on the mobile version of the website are fixed…thank you Marysville Foursquare for the loan of your IT person!!  Make sure you check us out at ac3.org with our new Happening Now button to stay up to date with our latest offerings and any schedule changes due to Covid phase updates.

Kreek Kids!

The Best hour in every family’s week!

Each Sunday we are running class for our K-5th graders during the service. Strong safety measures, distancing and masks are in effect to create a place allowing kids a chance to laugh, learn and socialize all while doing a walk thru of the greatest story ever told.  Be sure to check it out if you have Elementary aged kids.

Covid-1900

Every night (except Saturday) you can find one of our leaders on Facebook LIVE! at 7pm (1900 hrs) leading us through a short devotional thought and then praying for any requests that people post in the chat as well as the needs in our church, city, state and world.

Prayer works!

Services

We have live services every Sunday at 10am…these are also available via livestream on Facebook for those of you who can’t make it to the building.

Get Involved!

Wanting to do something tangible to help others affected by Covid?  There are options!, Helping students at the YMCA, distributing masks, mentoring a high school student or teaching kids your awesome skills at ACE.  If you have time to donate, contact us at allencreek@ac3.org and we will hook you up!

Semi-Annual Meeting

You don’t have to be a formal member to attend.

If you consider AC3 to be your church home, please join us in-person or via livestream on November 22 at 11:30am for a semi annual meeting (directly after the morning service). Catch up on what’s happening, ask questions, stay informed and let’s stay together as we navigate this season with God’s help.
