Attention AC3 Dudes!!

The AC3 Care Team wants YOU!
The AC3 Care Team wants YOU!

“The AC3 Care Team is looking to expand it’s ranks! Part of being the church is helping one another when the job calls for it. It’s one of the ways we stand out to the world (John 13, John 17, Colossians 3, et al)

I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one—as you are in me, Father, and I am in you. And may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me.

John 17:21

We currently have 23 names on our Care Team list and that’s awesome! Most of the current members signed-up to do things like cook, make hospital visits, pray and give rides: super cool stuff and very needed!

However, we’re a little thin on members who are willing and able to take on some manual labor. Only 25% of the team are male, so I’m appealing to AC3 dudes to consider signing up! Here’s how it works:

Your name, contact info. and a brief “resume” of the kind of stuff you’re willing to help out with sit on a list in my computer. When a need comes to the Care Team, I send a request to the people on the list who’s “resume” fit the need. If you can help…GREAT! I connect you with the person needing help. If you can’t…THAT’S OKAY TOO (maybe you can help next time!). So there’s no long term or formal commitment, but you can sure make a difference for a brother of sister, and you can show the world how God’s love works :-)”

Just drop an email to Dan with your preferred contact info. and the types of things you can help with (especially needing things like home repair and maintenance, auto repair and maintenance, yard work and moving help).

And don’t forget…if you’re an AC3’r who needs help – just call the church office or drop a note to care@ac3.org.
