Seeds of Grace Resources

Resource Appointments Available

“It is our desire to help individuals reach beyond emergency relief and provide next steps toward self-development and personal growth.”

In an effort to help individuals grow a variety of life skills and opportunities, we offer one-on-one resource consultations in which Next Step action plans* are put into motion. These usually include ‘Pay It Forward’ opportunities and matching a client’s needs to local resources. We also suggest creative ways ‘to help make ends meet’ during times of need, offer a basic budget plan, free resumes, job-seeking and interview helps, Biblical counsel (upon request), and other personalized support.

*Approved financial and benevolence-type requests include creating an action plan with clients so they can participate in their own relief, giving them a sense of dignity and the self-confidence that so many desire and deserve. See our Resource Request Application.

How can I get my compassion involved and start making a difference in our community?

  1. Take advantage of and use our Compassion Cabinet located in our Welcome and Resource Center in the lobby. In them, you will find emergency-type resources that YOU can share with those in need; those in your circle of friends, at AC3, and those in our community. We also have a small pantry in the office area with a small amount of shelf-stable foods, emergency food bags, personal hygiene supplies, socks, gloves, hats, blankets, a few clothing items, and diapers available.
  2. Consider joining our SOG Resource Team as a volunteer! Our current need is to have volunteers welcome SOG drop-ins Tue. or Thur. 11-3pm. We work hard to give those in our community a hand up, offering them steps toward valuable life and social skills in the process. (When Helping Hurts)
  3. Become part of the ongoing Reimagining Seeds of Grace process.
  4. Contact Twila or with your questions! You can also contact our SOG Board.

Seeds of Grace supports a variety of programs in our community through primary and secondary partnerships. These include the Pregnancy Resource Center, the Marysville Food Bank, EGM, the Marysville School District, the Salvation Army, our local police dept. and the Cold Weather Shelter with requested needs and available funds.

We are a MESH Program Partner with the Everett Gospel Mission and the city of Marysville. MESH (Micro Extended Shelter Housing) is a local transitional housing project in our community.
