Camp 2020 is fast approaching! Here is everything you need to know about our upcoming event!
This year we begin a new adventure! We are doing our first ever WINTER CAMP on March 20-22 at Stonewater Ranch in Leavenworth, Washington.
This weekend-long camp is a blast and full of opportunities for students to learn and grow in their relationship with Jesus. We’ll have worship time, lots of games and activities, and some laidback teaching/devotional time. It is a WINTER CAMP, meaning we are planning for winter conditions. We are SO excited to play in the SNOW.
Our normal leader team will be at this event as chaperones as well as some additional AC3 adults. All of our leaders and chaperones have gone through our vetting process and completed background checks.
We will be meeting at AC3 and driving to and from Stonewater Ranch. Please note that students need to arrive on time to the church as we will be leaving promptly at 4pm!
Friday March 20th 3:30 pm – Students arrive at The Church
4:00 pm – Depart for Stonewater Ranch
6:30/7pm – Arrive, unpack and commence Camp 2020 Awesomeness
Sunday March 22nd
9:00am – Morning Session
11am – 12:00pm – Pack up and clean up
12:00pm – Head home (Stopping for lunch in Monroe on the way back)
4pm – Arrive at AC3 (Depending on traffic! We will keep parents apprised of our arrival time.
To Register: your student should turn in a signed AC3 Medical Release, Youth Dynamics Participant Agreement and Registration Form BY March 1st (money does not have to be paid till the day of camp). Your student must have a current (2020/2021) medical release on file with Morph/Relic (they expire each year.)

Camp Cost this year is $90 per person. If students participated in the fundraising this year that will be applied as a credit to their overall cost.
Allergies and Medications: Please fill out the allergy section of the registration form to indicate whether your student has any allergies, takes any medications or has any medical conditions we should know about. All medications must be turned in at registration. Meds will be kept in a safe, secure place and distributed at the time of need. Students will not be allowed to keep medications in their cabins.
