Seeds of Grace is one of our community outreach ministries. SOG (for short) is run by a board of committed individuals with a heart to become advocates for the many hurting people in the greater Marysville area. This team continues to find new ways to offer individuals in our community a helping hand up.

We are committed to offering two-way giving which is healthier for everyone involved in the exchange; those receiving resources and those giving them.

Appointments for benevolence requests and life skills resources can be made by emailing or calling 360-659-7335 ext. 202. You can also preview and print our Resource Assistance Application Form above.

For individuals looking for additional job training opportunities, with a small income possibility, our seasonal Market Mentorship Program may be an option for you! Space is limited.

special thanks

Special thanks to our team of SOG drivers, sorters and distribution day volunteers! This team is essential to 'rescuing' bread, food and other useful items that are at or near their pull date.

Without the following supporters we could not do the work God has given us to do:

  • Marysville - Albertsons, Haggen, Big Lots
  • Kent - Northwest Harvest

Seasonal Food and Toy Drive Support

  • Safeway, Smokey Point
  • Unchained Brotherhood Motorcycle Club (Everett)

Interested in volunteering? No experience required and your service can qualify as part of your two-way exchange participation!

There are a variety of ways you can help out SOG with just an hour or two a week or once-a-month. Please email us at to get plugged in. You can also get your questions answered by contacting Twila.
